As general manager and a founding member of WarmTech, Ashley Richards knows the weatherization and insulation business. He is a Certified Energy Auditor with more than 32 years of experience in residential and commercial construction. Ashley is also a nationally recognized weatherization expert. He has presented at the National Green Building Conference and consulted on the development of weatherization technician training curriculum. Since 2003, Ashley has worked to make WarmTech Solutions the leader in weatherization and insulation it is today.
With his extensive background and experience in construction-related professions, Tom Tierney has a clear understanding of the most effective methods for insulation and weatherization. Armed with an Associate's degree in building construction from Southern Maine Community College, Tom has made a strong commitment to energy efficiency and a green environment. He consults with folks on their projects in Cape Elizabeth, Scarborough, and communities throughout York County.
Chris Larson, the newest member of the WarmTech team, is a LEED AP with 25 years experience in building systems, construction and management. For the past nine years Chris was employed by CBRE The Boulos Company as Director of Operations at Pineland where he led the development team that oversaw renovations and new construction at the Pineland property. With his extensive background in the commercial sector Chris will focus on working with commercial builders and architects. We are pleased to have him join our team.
